Description of Goods
All my pots and planters are pre-loved, vintage or antique pieces, many of which will have been kept outside for a long time, so inevitably they will show age-related wear, knocks and chips. To the eyes of most buyers, such historic patina adds to the appeal, telling a story and selling a romance.
I try to describe pieces as accurately as possible with photographs of different angles, approximate measurements, and any provenance that I know of. If you would like to discuss any particular item, or have a more detailed condition report please let me know. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
Viewings & Reservations
You are welcome to come and have a look at any item by appointment or, if you are local I can always deliver it for you to see it in context and perhaps give you some planting ideas.
Items can be reserved by email or DM and collection or delivery will take place once payment has been received in full (no more than 24 hours after reservation please)
Payment
An invoice will be raised and emailed to you for payment by BACS only.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and if applicable are inclusive of VAT. Shipping is not included in the purchase price.
Collection or Delivery
Items can either be collected by appointment, I can deliver locally (mileage chargeable), or I can put you in touch with a trusted local courier for you to arrange shipping further afield. Please note that couriers will cover insurance while the item is in their hands.
Returns
If your item is not what you were hoping for, please inform me by email or text within 48 hours of purchase and I will refund you the original purchase price within 14 days. Items should be returned in the condition that they were delivered/collected in and I reserve the right to make deductions if any item has been damaged. Payment for the return delivery is your responsibility and there will be no refund of the original delivery cost.
